PVC sponge roller
1. Application: chemical liquid resistant sopping roller of etching section, wet roller
2. Characteristics: not dry and hard, heat resisting up to 60°C, good moisture absorption, chemical resistance (30 for each sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid, 10% respectively for phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide and ammonia water)
3. The product is especially for rollers with etching section and chemical resistant rollers that need not to key wet after being dried.
PU sponge roller
1. Application: the dried front part of roller of printing circuit board equipment
2. Characteristics: not dry and hard, heat resisting up to 120°C, good moisture absorption, pliable and tough and friction resisting
3. The product needs no water to keep wet. Its roller is not dry and hard but remains elastic. Moreover, its service life is five times than similar products and can increase the productivity by 6-8 M/min. The sponge is also chemical resistant (10% respectively for copper chlorine, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid).
PP sponge roller
1. Application: chemical liquid resistant roller inside etching trough
2. Characteristics: chemical liquid resistant (30% respectively for sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid, 20% for nitric acid).
3. The product is especially for chemical liquid resistant rollers in the etching section, which is to prevent erosion of the roller and the liquid deteriorating and flowing out.
